In rare cases (e.g., unsafe weather conditions, operational issues, force majeure), we may need to reschedule or cancel an Experience. If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund.

Some Experiences involve food preparation, heat, knives, and outdoor farm conditions. You are responsible for confirming that you can safely participate.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance during booking or by email. We will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Guests must follow safety instructions and respect the farm, equipment, and staff. We reserve the right to refuse participation or end an Experience if behavior is unsafe or disruptive. In such cases, no refund is due.
